The Answers You Need

HOW MUCH DOES AN EVENT PLANNER COST?

 Most people think doing their party on their own cost less. When you spend your time thinking of ideas, shopping for the ideas (most likely paying more because you are running to the craft store or Etsy and not a wholesaler) Putting together each idea. (Glue, tape, ribbon, flower, sparkle, repeat..) Then the day of the party, packing out your car, unloading the car, decorating the venue...having "help" from family members; all for it come out just subpar. After all that hassle, you really only saved pennies, and most likely is relieved the party is over.

At Bee Forever we understand that each client is unique and each occasion is special. Your price is based on what you need us to provide for you. All of our services are a la carte. We do not offer packages, as there is no "one size fits all" for events.  Bee Forever will work with any budget and will absolutely accommodate to specific needs.

 Consultations are always FREE. 

WHY DO I NEED TO HIRE AN EVENT PLANNER?

Planning the perfect event is NOT EASY. Especially when its not your full time job. It is rough to balance working, maintaining a house hold, going to school, taking care of kids, self care and family time. Doing it all yourself will leave you tired, not enjoying the celebration. Hiring a planner will give you much needed time to enjoy your event, rather than running it. You wont be up late at night finishing favors and rushing to get all party details completed on top of your daily life. All you will have to do for your event is show up! 

You will be incredibly surprised how easy it is!

WHAT DOES AN EVENT PLANNER DO?

It is our passion at Bee Forever to make your vision come to life.  Our team takes pride in quality and professionalism. We will walk you through every step of the way. Scout your venue, design and print invitations, create your centerpieces, design your dessert table, (even bake the sweets ourselves!)

We do all the planning; from the beginning to the end, we are there through the whole process.

Do you know your theme but don't know how to execute it? Call us! We provide anything you need to make your dream into reality.

I HAVE ALL OF MY DECOR, CAN YOU JUST SET IT UP FOR ME?

The short answer to this question is, Yes! We do have some strict guidelines when it comes to certain decor. We will under NO circumstance decorate with balloons provided by a client. Other decor elements, we would be happy to discuss your vision.
