INVITATIONS

Invitations are designed and printed by Bee Forever on durable card stock paper. Prices of invites include envelopes. Any theme can be designed. We love to create something that fits your themed party. Digital invites are also available for bundle price!

VENUE SELECTION

Bee Forever will help you choose a location that fits your theme and budget. Bee Forever will assist in design/set up/display of decor. We can transform any space into your true vision. Serving mainly the Staten Island area. We have an endless number of venues that can serve all your party needs. Need help finding that perfect venue? We have you covered! We would be happy to accompany you to the venue to see if it will be perfect for your party!

Having your event in your home? No problem! There is no party too large or too small. We would be delighted to transform your backyard, living room, basement, or even pool side to make your party memorable.

CENTERPIECES

Circle Snowflake

Decorative handmade centerpiece prices range depending on size and materials used. There is an additional fee for clients that wish to take their centerpieces home or raffle as a prize at the event. Satin and Polyester table runners are available. Flowers are provided by a local Florist Vendor and Bee Forever would be glad to contact and coordinate with them accordingly.

PAPER MACHE LETTERS

A perfect edition to any table display, room , office or home decor. Each letter and number is hand crafted and sold per piece. One of our very popular items to enhance any party. Display them at your party and keep them for decor. Easy to hang and remove. Dress up anywhere with these festive letters.

CANDY TABLE

Bee Forever has a huge assortment of Candy to choose from to make your Candy Table irresistible. From Gummy Bears, Whirly Pops, Jelly Beans, and Gumballs...we really have it all to give you that sugar rush! Our Party Specialists really know how to make every design look as great as it tastes. We provide decorative jars, vases and containers for rent to fill with your favorite candy. Custom take home bags are also available, but not included. Choose from our list of hard candy, soft candy, sugar coated candy, gummy candy and nostalgic candy. Mix and match to create your own combination, so all your favorites will be there!

DESSERT DISPLAY

Bee Forever specializes in making beautiful and delicious desserts for your guest to enjoy. Desserts are priced per person and sweets vary based on each clients specific taste. Dessert Tables are by far one of the most requested items at any occasion. Every party needs a cake, right? Choose from our list of our home made treats. Two tiered buttercream cake is available upon request. Everything Bee Forever creates is made with love and is completely allergy free. There is certainty something for everyone. Have your Dessert Table be the talk of the party!

PHOTO BACKDROPS

Frozenballoons

Photo Booth rental fee varies based on size and structure. Includes backdrop to fit your party theme and decor. Want to capture every moment but enjoy your party too? Seems almost impossible. Well, Bee Forever has got you covered! Our photographers are excellent in never missing a shot. You will receive a personal photographer for the duration of your event and full color edited digital images for you to keep for years and years to come. Prints and Canvas are available too. This service is something that is a MUST have for your party. You don't have to leave anyone out of a picture, and you won't have to worry about holding your phone in your hand the whole time. All you have to do is show up and smile!

BALLOONS

Who has a party without Balloons??

Balloons are another MUST have for any event. They are a focal point and fun way to make any space festive. All balloons are priced per arrangement. Colors and styles vary to fit your specific theme. We offer a wide variety of balloon sculptures and creations. Spiral columns, garlands, balloon walls, classic marquee digit bouquet, tabletop displays, and full or half circle.

PAPER FLOWERS

One of our most favorite things to create! They are easily hung and can be added to almost anything. Paper Flowers can be individually sold, or come in a bunch...starting with 5 pieces per batch. Each flower is made by hand on premium high quality paper. They are very durable, and a great addition to your home, office, or party decor. Special colors are available upon request. Perfect way to brighten up a space. Prices vary by size.

FOR THE KIDS

It's all about the kids. We understand it is very important to keep the kids entertained at any type of event. We have a wide variety of fun activities to do just that. Face Painting, Sand Art, Bounce House Rental, Magicians, Re-lay Races, and much more!! Each service is individually priced. Some are priced per child, or per hour. We also offer an Event Coordinator to keep things organized.
